We care about making this as easy as possible for you.

A physical receipt will be included in the box listing every part included in the build, their model numbers, and serial numbers, so you know exactly what you buy, and have all required information for individual part warranty through manufacturer.

Prodigy PC’s product tiers, including basic/standard/plus/max, may have varying product manufacturers depending on current market availability and pricing. Parts that vary include: Motherboard, graphics card, RAM, CPU Cooler, and Power supply, however these parts will always be sourced exactly to the specifications listed for the product. Example: (Asus RX 6600 XT / Sapphire RX 6600 XT).

If you select the “Preinstall Software” option, your system will arrive with Windows 11 already set up with a placeholder username, and empty password for you to configure later. We will not install any unnecessary software to your system. 
If you choose to not preinstall the drivers, you will be able to complete the Windows setup process on your own, but the system will not have the software required to perform to it’s fullest capabilities. Windows may require an internet connection to setup, but the system may not automatically install the WiFi drivers to allow you to do this. You may need to use an Ethernet connection, or USB WiFi adapter to setup your Windows installation. Step by step instructions for driver installation are included in the manual included in the box. This option was made for people who are not comfortable with pre-installed software, and would like to set it up themselves.

Additional “Companion” Technical Notes:
No parts are purchased in “Used” or “Refurbished” condition. Parts are only sourced either New or Open-box conditions where the warranty and physical conditions are intact.

Storage included by Tier for “Companion” - (Basic): Samsung 970 Evo 500GB. (Standard): Samsung 980 Pro 1TB. (Plus): Samsung 980 Pro 2TB. (Max): Samsung 990 Pro 4TB.
Power supply brand may vary. Efficiency: 80+ Gold. Depending on availability, you may receive a higher rated power supply in your system.
